About the Course
This course is ideally suited to members of staff at care homes who interact with residents on a daily basis, as care home residents can be prone to challenging behaviour. Understanding what is happening, and how to respond in order to adequately defuse the situation without causing further upset, is a key skill area for those working in care homes and similar environments.
