Your Counsellor

I am accredited with UKCP, and follow Codes of Practice laid down by UKCP I am also a member of BPS. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Matrix College of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and Middlesex University, and a MSc (Hons) in Mental Health Psychology from Liverpool University. Integrative Psychotherapeutic Therapy utilises the combined theories and specific approaches to therapy, enabling everyone to be considered for their own personal circumstances and individual needs as well as encompassing social, spiritual, physical, cognitive, and behavioural aspects of the individual effectively.
